Information We Collect
We collect the name, email, phone number, and any message content you submit through our contact, free-trial, freeze, or cancellation forms. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.
How We Use It
We use your contact details only to respond to your inquiry, schedule classes, manage your membership, and send occasional updates about the academy.
Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement
On our Facebook and Instagram trial page, we use Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successfully completed trial enquiries and support ad optimization. Meta may receive the page address, event type and time, browser and device information, IP address and advertising cookies. We do not send the name, email or phone entered in the trial form as matching data, or information about children.
In regions where prior advertising consent is required, or when your location cannot be confirmed, measurement is blocked until you accept the regional notice. Elsewhere measurement is enabled unless you refuse or use a supported browser privacy opt-out. Accepting and rejecting are equally available. You can change or withdraw your choice through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the trial page. We store your visitor reference, choice, time, region and the notice text and version in your browser, preserving earlier acceptance when you withdraw. Google Ads trial registration measurement
On our Google trial page, Google Ads measures successfully saved trial registrations for advertising measurement and ad optimization. Google may receive the page address, registration reference, event time, IP address, browser and device information, ad click identifiers and advertising cookies. A click, page visit or incomplete form is not a registration conversion. We do not send the name, email or phone entered in the form as customer matching data, information about children, or a monetary registration value. No enhanced conversions or personalized advertising are enabled by this installation.
The Google tag loads with the Google trial page and records page visits. In consent-required regions, it starts with advertising cookies and ad identifiers denied, so Google receives only cookieless signals (page address, time, browser and device information, IP address) until you accept the regional advertising notice; registration conversions are sent only after acceptance. Elsewhere measurement is enabled unless you refuse or use a supported browser privacy opt-out. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the Google trial page to accept, reject or withdraw later.
