Our beginner program will focus on our 16-week curriculum consists of 64 techniques focusing on self-defense, takedowns, and ground techniques. This comprehensive program provides a strong introduction and builds a solid foundation in martial arts.In our beginner classes, you’ll engage in short, specific training sessions that emphasize drilling and learning each technique.
