The instructors are highly skilled and dedicated, making sure each student receives personalized attention, whether they’re a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner. "My children and I trained in this gym for a year. All this time we had a terrific personal trainer Vlad. He taught children kickboxing, and for me there were classes in the gym. It was an unforgettable experience of communication and training. Vlad is a professional in his field, easily finds contact with both children and adults, very attentive, motivating, studying with him was a challenge and a pleasure at the same time. Thank you very much Vlad!"

"Friendly staff, clean facility , good equipment variety, and very spacious BJJ mat space. I took a night class on Wednesday- enjoyed the class structure and technique . Sparring / training was great. I highly recommend for anyone visiting in or near Sunny Isles Beach, FL."
