No. Our kids Jiu-Jitsu classes welcome beginners, with age-based programs for children ages 3–12.

Is BJJ a martial art?

Yes. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling martial art. Children learn movement, positional control and age-appropriate self-defense through guided practice.

How much is the trial class?

Your child's first class is free. For ongoing membership options, contact the academy or visit our pricing page.
