Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art whose central theme is the skill of controlling a resisting opponent in ways that force him to submit. BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU FOR BEGINNERS

BEGINNERS PROGRAM

Our beginner program will focus on our 16-week curriculum consists of 64 techniques focusing on self-defense, takedowns, and ground techniques.

This comprehensive program provides a strong introduction and builds a solid foundation in martial arts.In our beginner classes, you’ll engage in short, specific training sessions that emphasize drilling and learning each technique.

This approach allows you to
develop strength, flexibility, and a deeper understanding of the art. It’s an exciting and fulfilling journey that will ignite your passion for this whole new hobby.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU FOR INTERMEDIATE:

INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM

Deepen your knowledge in Jiu-Jitsu. At this stage the student begins to connect positions more efficiently.


The objective of this module is to prepare the beginning student’s transition from white belt to blue belt and start training effectively.

Learning is done progressively and shapes the student. After developing a solid Jiu-Jitsu foundation during the beginner’s module, he starts to understand the dynamics of fighting, and will be prepared for the advanced module.

Our Intermediate Jiu-Jitsu class assumes that you understand a good portion of the basics taught in the Fundamentals. We emphasize on these basics while starting to introduce more complex techniques. Then after the techniques, the students will spar to build endurance, and apply the techniques to real-life situations.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU FOR ADVANCED

ADVANCED PROGRAM

Transitions from one technique to another, speed and reaction time are explored in this lesson program. Winners provides an environment of friendship and companionship, and is without a doubt the biggest and best feature of this phase, real friends made on the mat with a lot of sweat and laughter, you’ll win a second family with us!

To get to the advanced level, always listen to your master. Learn with him how to master the techniques and correct movement of the blows.

Our advanced class is our longest class at 1.5 hours long and it assumes that you are proficient with the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu. The techniques taught here complex, and we devote a large portion of this class time to sparring. Even if you are already a higher belt, the best way to elevate your game is to attend one of our Advanced Jiu-Jitsu classes.

We have world class athletes that train here on a daily basis, and we have a world-renowned Grandmaster guiding us in the right path. You must have, at minimum, a Blue Belt to go to the Advanced Jiu-Jitsu class.

WOMAN PROGRAM

Learning Jiu-jitsu not only teaches physical skills to protect oneself, but also increases self-confidence and the ability to handle difficult situations. The training can be intense, causing women to burn calories and lose weight. At the same time, the martial art’s movements work muscles throughout the body, toning them and helping to define a more athletic figure.

Regular practice helps to release endorphins, chemicals in the body that help relieve stress and promote a sense of well-being.
